Experience
My name is Adam Howarth I have over 13 years of experience in a variety of positions, until spring of 2006 I have been working for a large North East firm, my duties have been wide and varied this includes front line customer service in a retail environment, line management experience at intermediate and senior level, my work has involved producing and updating policies as well as delivering and acting on those policies. During this time I have worked in multiple sites, including head office. My recent experience involves work on:
- Training of managers
- Design and implementation of return to work procedures
- Development of investigation procedures
- Sickness and counselling procedures
- Induction and training
I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and I am Graduate member to the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.
